Hi a family member is going to Disney on Ice at Citywest hotel. Can anyone advise the easiest way to get there by public transport from either Navan or the airport please. They don't know Dublin at all so the least walking around it the better.

    Thanks

They will have to get the bus from the airport to the city centre.

The easiest way is probably the 747 which goes every 15 minutes or so.

**edit. I think they can get off this bus to the 3Arena/Point Depot and catch the Saggart LUAS from there.

    Otherwise:
Take it to O'Connell Street then walk towards the river until they reach the LUAS tracks. To their left will be Abbey Street LUAS stop. From there, they can get the LUAS all the way to City West Hotel. Make sure to take a LUAS which says 'Saggart' on the front, not 'Tallaght'. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the station (up the driveway).

The 69 bus from Aston quay, just the far side of O'Connell Bridge, will take them slightly closer to the gate of the hotel, but will take much longer to get there, but may be the only option if they intend to travel on one of the LUAS strike dates.
