    Any recommendations for Lunch in Ballina folks? I started working here recently so I'm getting familiar with the place. I enjoy going to Rua in Castlebar so somewhere like that would be ideal.

    The Posthouse is the nearest you'll get to Rua. Check out their Facebook page for specials. Always very busy between 1 and 2.

    Another good spot for lunch is The Loft on Pearse Street.

    I'm told Hefferans on the Market Square may be closest to Rua with food, while Mocha Beans on coffee but not a match on food -- good but different food than Rua.
