Windows 10, no Automatic Text Translation

With my old Windows 8 IE browser, I was able to get an instantaneous translation of a word in foreign text by one of 2 methods.

    1. Letting the cursor rest on a word, a range of English translations would appear.

    2. By left clicking on a word or section of text and then right clicking on "Bing translate".

I can't find any similar feature on Windows 10 Edge.

    Any ideas?

Edge was rebuilt somewhat from scratch and doesnt include all the old features.

If you want Bing Translate you've gotta install Internet Explorer again, but really its dire so you'd be better of installing Chrome or Firefox.
