First time I had a good look at the spoilers in the RTE Guide in a while, no real surprises

Nora the cleaner is Robbie's mother!

Can anyone here present a plausible (for FC anyway!) explanation for KT and her disappearance? Its gone too long now for her simply to be teaching her mother a lesson for the affair, it would hardly be Tommy as he has nowhere to keep her and KT going missing would drive Debbie away not forward, its very unlikely to be someone like Dean, Dan, Doug etc as they have zero motive and they had no previous involvement with KT.

Ciaran makes most sense as hes new, mysterious and was unusually forgiving of being robbed twice by Emmet and now they live together, plus he was very quick to point the finger at Oisin and overly helpful to the O Briens. This is my view but I would love to hear a few other possibilities!

That Hayley one annoys me. I was switching channels the other night and Basic Instinct was on. Beginning to think Hayley is modelling herself on the Sharon Stone character, the way she walks and throws her head about when she's speaking. She'll be crossing and uncrossing her legs any day soon!!

They rarely seem to film outside the RTE grounds (for reasons unknown). That recent trip to Sandymount by Robbie and Carol was the first such scene in ages : I think the last one was Hughie at Christy's grave in Glasnevin.

Looks like they are going to drag that particular reveal out until next week..i was so sure she would tell him there at the end that she is his mother.

No mention of KT today. I have never heard of so many people taking an interest in a homeless guy without doing anything to help him and so F*n what if he's illegal, only one of thousands. Weak storyline. And I've never heard a Garda losing sleep over a car they thought may or may not be modified, Pulse is instant you don't need to send off for car info, absolute drivel

The actor who plays Ciaran we are well aware is Pauley from Love/Hate as well. As a character, Pauley was far from being the most ruthless and villainous one in that series. Hard to know what his new character will turn out to become. The most creepy character in Love/Hate was Luke in series 2 and Ciaran so far has not stalked anyone, broken in and gone to the toilet in houses or murdered swans. Only person Nidge himself personally shot rather than ordering it. He made the right call.

With regard to the other storylines. Hayley = what the old Orla was like with a bit of the old Carol thrown in. Nora = close relative of some sort to Robbie. The shelter = trouble to break out between the Iraqi/Syrian refugee and the Irishman who are always fighting.

The semi finals are on Wednesday and Thursday and the final is on Sunday but they could surely have worked their way around this, either moved it to an earlier time slot or even show an episode on Friday. Sounds like they were just looking for an excuse to take a week off.

I'm still not convinced Ciaran has anything to do with Katy's disappearance. Why would he be hanging around with her family and now trying to start a relationship with a Garda?

I wonder who this 'Frankie' character is though who owns the car.
