Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

And then she wore a hat so we didn't even see her hair :confused:

Maybe it was for Bella's moustache. He looked like he was going for a part in The Good, the Bad and the Ugly

Why couldn't Carol wash Robbie's clothes or better himself do them?

No home system washing machine can get that dripping hair grease out of clothes.

What launderette is open on a Sunday into the evening anyway? Or maybe that's normal, I wouldn't know as I have a washing machine, unlike everyone in Soapland

Was that a newly built spa in the ballintyne or was it always there?

Yes I'm a little lost with that Spa it sort of just appeared. They might want Debbie and Tommy to have steamy scenes in the steam room.

Ha i was observing the out of nowhere Sean / Niamh scenes and was thinking whats this another cougar affair by Niamh..................and then I remembered she was his sister!!

Hardly surprising I forgot! They haven't communicated in years it seems!!

Sean: "How have you been. Anything strange??"

Niamh "no not really, an affair, a divorce, a few adoptions, a reunion with Paul who became a millionaire, I got rid of all my black coats, my ex got killed by a desk counter, oh, yeah and I was within a moment of being killed after being held hostage by a gangland criminal..................Apart from that, quiet enough? And yourself?"

"I washed a duvet last month"

"No wonder you are so tired and emotional Sean, please take a break. Anyway see you in a couple of years."

Did we see Doug asking Sean out for a pint?
Would anyone else like to see them become a couple ?

Did Paul arrange the room rental at Rachel's hostel for Love/Hate mechanic fella?

Poor Sean I think he's suffering from depression plus anger issues and it probably doesn't help that he's living with someone who has a personality disorder and is a sneak. I don't know what the story is with his mothers house but he should really put his energy into doing it up so he can live there.

I thought he lived with Ama?

Ama and Doug I think? Think they may be referring to the former as luckily Doug will never change!! (big Doug fan, me!)

Actually now that I think of it, Doug is both living at home with Carrie Crowley and with Ama!! Remember all those scenes last year with Neil forcing sandwhiches down Doug's turkey neck!!

Doug is still living with Jackie afaik : I think he was just an invited guest in those episodes where he was sitting at the dinner table with Ama and Sean :)

Did Neil actually leave the soap? I mean, was there a scene that i missed where he was saying his goodbyes or was it just that he was missing for a few episodes and suddenly it turns out he's working in Galway.

And the character of Sean is just so strange in the way he's in and out of the show. I think we all realise how there's a rota of the cast every few weeks, but he's been missing for months. Even when he's in it, he doesn't quite seem like a fully fledged character, more of a glorified extra.

Like above, i forgot he was Niamh's brother. I'm not even sure i knew, i think i thought they were cousins or something.

Posters on here are forgetting where he lives and who he lives with and where he works. Is there really any point to his character? Everytime he comes back into it, we have to remember and work out what his backstory is again.

Apparently Seans plot is Niamh finds out he likes a girl but won't tell her who!!

Should be riveting! Only thing about sean is at least he isn't this repetitive young male stereotype that FC depict. IE a charming, dodgy, scammed, always looking to make a quick buck and have a quick f%$k!

I liked him and Christys relationship. Was very real. Him and Meeeeeeeeeeeeèe Daaaaaa would make a nice couple.

Who is Niamh and Seans father Btw? Was he ever introduced??

Not sure. But he is likely related to Orla's family. She does have a family, right?:)

Niamh and Sean are cousins to self depicted Irelands Jennifer Aniston

Let me guess for retaliation against Deegan running into him in last nights episode?

Living with Ama would depress anyone! I forgot he was living with her as Sean pops in and out of FC. He has not had a story since Christy died. Ama could well have a personality disorder indeed. The way she treated Doug was awful and she seems to be the type that pretends to be a friend but really looks down on people.

Was I the only one who for a second thought Bela had actually passed away in the chair during the 1916 thing?? When they were all like "ok Bela,we're finished" & for a moment he was just still and silent until he revealed he was just embracing his character! I was like Omg!!!.....then oh......meh. :-(
That would've been a good unexpected twist. (And a blessed relief from having to put up with Bela & his misery anymore!)

Bela's mobility must be very very limited in real life. All his scenes involve him sitting down these days.
