Aviva Health Plan 16.1, who knows it?

    Hi all,
    I have a permanent job, my company is paying for me around 1300euro for this plan of Aviva: Health Plan 16.1.
    I received very few information, and in the website there are no so much information.

    I would like to know everything, for example if I need a medicine from the gp, If I need prostate exam, annual check for eyes, clean of teeth, etc.

    It seems that they want to hide all this information, so we cannot use our plan.
