Square deal building

Hi All, Few weeks ago, they put up a sign on the Square deal (furniture shop) building indicating it was for sale. It s the building in Washington St. I saw today that they removed the sign. Does anyone know what they plan to do there? It is a big building in a very good location. I hope they won't do offices again but…

Looks like things are kicking off in the old petrol station site for the student accommodation, are BAM the only contractors left or something?

This will really be a prime location. Square deal should command fantastic rents and be in high demand. Perhaps just a little too close to the city centre though.
