Mane was through, Simpson stopped the ball with his hand. Should have been a Saints Pen and red for Simpson.

Mane was through, he played the ball off Simpson's arm. Should have scored, great defending from Simpson.

Sounds like Southampton getting on top the last few minutes...just need Simpson now to hoof a clearance up the pitch for Vardy to run on to and score

Not saying this because I'm a Simpson owner but couldn't disagree more although I'm definitely in the minority. Arm was tight to his body and in a natural position. Wasn't intentionally moved towards the ball at all. Also ball was going into his body anyway

Fuchs is a fantasy God and I've never owned him

I've never needed a Saints goal more.

From Clasie or Davis would be perfect.

Even BUIB. Nobody really owns him anymore.

Fuchs has been my best signing this season and possibly any season
He has become what I hoped alderweireld would
It will be alder making way now for sure for rest of season

I know I should've hopped on Leicester defence already, but that goal is beyond silly. It almost undoes my Sanchez captain choice.

Having Morgan as a defender today - yes

The only discredit I'll give Fuchs is that on a TV camera with no closeup he looks a little too much like Drinkwater and I'm constantly excited about him being on the ball in attacking positions.

Albrighton and Vardy aren't too dissimilar either

I, the commentators and Koeman all disagree with you. :)

Arm came out just as the ball came at him, blatent attempt to get something on the ball, he's a lucky man to still be on the pitch.

But that's what you do with your arm when you run and it was right by his side. Haha I think Twitter disagrees with me but Schmeichel, Quinn and Souness all said no pen, whether that's a good thing or not I dunno :P

Agree to disagree. Besides, the stage is almost set for Austin to come on break a few hearts. :)

Watching here in a play centre in Ashbourne and he just made an unreal save again.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,618 ✭✭✭✭siblers

That was an awful attempt of a finish by Simpson

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 22,251 ✭✭✭✭Lemlin

Just realised that unreal save was from Simpson who I have!!!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,886 ✭✭✭stephenl15

That's literally miss of the season. My god replay does him no favours :(:( don't even think the save was that great Simpson literally passed it to him

    Southampton ain't scoring.

They're obsessed with crossing. And that's what Leicester want you to do.

Everton XI v Man United: Joel; Coleman, Jagielka, Stones, Baines; Barkley, Cleverley, McCarthy, Lennon; Deulofeu; Lukaku #MUNEVE

Man Utd XI v Everton: De Gea, Darmian, Smalling, Blind, Rojo, Schneiderlin, Carrick, Lingard, Mata, Martial, Rashford #MUNEVE

No Funes Mori and I've Sakho ahead of Delaney in the sub order. Guess it can't all go your way.

Mori has just left a lot of wildcard teams.

Yet another 1-0 win for Leicester.
    What Champions are made off.

Starting to wonder if West Ham defence cover was a good idea at all.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,369 ✭✭✭the incredible pudding

Yeah definitely the biggest regret for me in this wildcard was not keeping a Leicester defender, their record is just incredible. I'll go a couple of games without one and then get on in after the dgws.

Did Fuchs get booked for time wasting ?
