    Hi,

    Has anyone got any opinions or experience of their classes?
    I am tempted to do a morning class as they have childcare onsite.

    I have been going there for years and I have loved it. Great trainers and I had great results with them. Unfortunately it's all changing this week though. They are no longer doing pay as you go or blocks of classes that you can use as you like. You have to sign up for 3, 6 or 12 months. If that suits you I'd say go for it though.

    I loved this place, until last week. They changed their price structure and you have to commit to so many classes a week.
    I won't be going back
