Dimplex Heatpump (Help with settings)

    Hi All

    (Not sure if this is the right forum, it was between here or Heating & Plumbing)

    A few months ago I got a service on my Dimplex SI 11 ME

    Before I got the service the heatpump was consuming ~ 3 - 3.5 kw/h
    But now it's consuming between ~ 5 - 5.5 kw/h

    I know that some settings were changed on the heatpump itself (which were meant to reduce the running cost), but the changes have inadvertently increased the running cost.

    I have contacted the person who did the service and believes the issue is elsewhere (I've isolated exactly how much the heatpump is running at).

    I have also contacted Dimpco to try and find someone who can do a service to rectify any issues and I have also tried my google-foo on figuring out the settings but can't get a proper breakdown of what each option means.

    So I was wondering if there was anyone here who could:

    1. Service my heatpump (pm me please)
    or
    2. Explain the settings so that I can try rectify any issues with settings
