    'be with you shortly' is stretching it

    I was issued a new MasterCard whenever and I made a payment this morning from my online banking setup which still had other number listed ...... trying to speak to someone to get it sorted .....  I want to revert the money to the correct card instead of your holding account

    someone answer the phone
