Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

You would think so, apparently they say that the sturridge goal v Wales cost them 5M because of the refund offer, I'd take that with a pinch of salt though.

Boylesports can't be having a great tournament with the crossbar being hit more times than they could ever have anticipated, I've never seen so many shots hit woodwork as in this tournament, must be the new ball:)

You dont remember it happening in the Portugal match yesterday do you?

I never get the email, but have never had any issues with refunds, maybe that's because my in-play bet always wins though (yeah, right)!.

Jez I'm a bit broke at the minute but ill have to scrape the money together as I could do with a win.

With that I shall stress im backing Belgium and I've only won two times from well over 10 attempts so the odds are in favour of Wales DC.... :D

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,862 ✭✭✭✭inforfun

Vermaelen and Vertonghen out for Belgium.
That is good news for goal betters. Hardly defenders left for Belgium

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,377 ✭✭✭Warper

Went with Belgium pregame and will go Belgium win and btts inplay

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,191 ✭✭✭✭Shanotheslayer

    Mine are:

    BTTS pre game 11/01
    BTTS FH in play 5/1

    Wales/Belgium Win Pre game 1/3
Draw in play probably get 2/1

Best price on 0-0 is hard to come by. 7/1 on betfair seems the best going. No real offers to juice it up either (aside from Boyles crossbar refund)

  • Registered Users Posts: 11,971 ✭✭✭✭PopePalpatine

I'm thinking of going with Wales >1.5 goals in-play, at the moment Bet365 have it @4/1.

  • Registered Users Posts: 159 ✭✭BlimpyBoy

    Over 0.5 goals pre game
    Wales/BTTS Yes @ 11/1 ingame

  • Registered Users Posts: 90 ✭✭JamesFitz

BTTS first half is 6.5 on bet365.

Hard to look past this atm, I know lots of games have been slow-burners so far but I think both of these will be going for it tonight. Belgium with a makeshift back four too.

  • Registered Users Posts: 11,971 ✭✭✭✭PopePalpatine

Wales are 9/4 to score in the 1st half, I'm torn between that, 1st Half BTTS and >1.5 Wales goals.

Yeah, I've suffered from that quite a few times from these offers. :(

I've yet to get the 'hail mary' bet up.

Had the 50 on Griezmann in the CL final NGS and he missed the peno.

So Avoid everything i'm doing :pac:

    5/1? 50 was returning 300. :(

Went over 2.5 pre game dicey obvs considering over 2 qualifiers 1 goal scored between the two will decide later on in play

I got 8.4 on no goalscorer on the betfair exchange. If the only goal is an own goal, they still pay out.

Do they tend to pull people for the risk free bets?

Under 5.5 pre over 3.5 in play for example?

They can and have. There's a good chance you'll get away with it but why risk killing the goose?

Back 0-0 elsewhere and over 0.5 to qualify for the offer.

Odds on 0-0 can be anywhere between 5/1 and 14/1. You'll be risking a small amount of money (somewhere between 10 and 20 quid) but you'll be getting immense value on your stake.

Eg. Bet in play on BTTs first half at 4/1. Return is 200. So effectively getting odds of around 20/1 on your stake

bugger I was looking for that myself. I'll keep an eye on the exchange in future. Cheers

    Pre kick off

    BTTS > Yes @ 2.1

    Belgian defense inspired that bet.

Does bet365 run their Late Goal lines in-game?

Currently they have a goal to be scored after minute 68:59 @ 1.83, which I think is a good line, will they have that in game so I can use my risk free bet?

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,346 ✭✭✭Lamposts

    PRE GAME BTTS

Will look at corners in play maybe.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,853 ✭✭✭Glenbhoy

Going for Belgium over 1.5 pre-game at 11/10 and probably going for Belgium over 2.5 in-running at about 4/1.
(I tend to do the in-running in the first minute to get it over with).

Had a great run to get build up my €100 stake, balance when I checked last night was €0.92, I placed €0.91 on a 10/1 in a brazilian game last night which came up thanks to a 93rd minute goal and managed to make those winnings into €124 through an exceedingly fortuitous set of goal laden friendlies throughout the day!! If only that happened more than once a year!

Took Belgium to score in both halves at 5/2 for the in-running.

    UN-REAL

Went BTTS as my qualifier too, about time!!!!! So happy

I couldn't find Wales FH overs/unders market in-play, I went for them to score before the 50th minute @2.6ish and stuck the €5 profit from my qualifier on FH BTTS @5.5 after Belgium scored...happy days! :D

Fair play to wales but by god I hate the betting in this tournament with a passion , makes no sense from one match to another

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,853 ✭✭✭Glenbhoy

Some great bets landed guys, expect another go for the semi!!

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,351 ✭✭✭Rasputin11

365 surely lost money with the BTTS, cards and corners all successful. The goalscorers all being slightly from left field and Wales winning probably saved them from a terrible night.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,015 ✭✭✭shmeee

Just checked in to see some of ye made a nice few pound last night. When watching the game and when BTTS scored in the first half, I said to myself, a few on boards filled the pockets. And they did.

    Well in all.

I havn't touched a bet in 10 weeks. And its getting easier every day that passes.
