    Anyone else get this? I quit booze for a month, the had 2 pints the other night. The following day I was depressed out of my mind and irritable.

    Alcohol is a depressant, yada yada yada ...

    Having said that, it's unlikely two pints would give you even a mild hangover. Maybe you were just in a bad mood anyways?

    Sometimes when you stop drinking and then have a few you may get all depressed and anxious as your saying what the **** was that all about,subconsciously you may be going mad with yourself because you drank or because you stopped,either way it's a big anti climax for you, or it could be as ladytramp said...
