    Ran 700km + on my asics kayano, they feel in Alrite condition. Bought them about a year ago What kinda milage should I get out of em?

    Probably not posting in the right thread Whereisgalway, but 800km seems about right for a heavily cushioned shoe like the Kayano. Certainly when you pay that kind of price, you want ot be getting your money's worth! If you have doubts, might be an idea to replace them, and relegate them to secondary usage (grass recovery runs).

    Don't focus on the mileage. How do they feel?

    If you are light on the feet you may not have any sole wear from scuffing or dragging your feet and there could be plenty of response left in the foam.

    Best way is to 'taco test' the shoe -
