With the days getting longer and warmer and thoughts turning vaguely to fitness, just a reminder that parkrun, a weekly free 5K event in hundreds of venues worldwide also takes place in both Hartstown Park and Porterstown Park in D15 every Saturday morning at 9.30am.

Marshalled by volunteers, fully timed and absolutely free - theres a variety of runners from the 17 minute speedsters down to the 40 min+ walkers.
Always a great friendly atmosphere and I would recommend.
Just need to register (once) on either of the links and print barcode in order to be timed.

10
