Locked out of powering rewards

    Hi

    We have been locked out of our powering rewards account for the past few days as we couldn't remember our password.

    We emailed rewards@electricireland.ie on Monday but still no reply.

    can someone please help sort this out.

    We're sorry to read that you have had difficulty accessing your Powering rewards account.

    It can take a number of working days to receive a response by email as each message received is entered into a queue and answered in order, but we would be happy to look into this here on Boards for you.

    Could you please advise if you attempted the Forgot Password option online here? If you have, and you are still unable to login, could you please send us a private message with the following details?
    • Your full name as it appears on the Electric Ireland account
    • Your Electric Ireland account number
    • The first line of your address
    • Your contact number or date of birth
    • Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)
