Philpott's winning but he really needs to work on his cage cutting. He's letting Blackwell off way too easy by following him instead of cutting him off.

Blackwell must be looking to change over to running....

I personally don't get bothered by that stuff so much. It's Philpott's responsibility to punish him for it.

That being said, Blackwell should have been warned for timidity at this stage...

Either Blackwell's going to go all out in this 3rd round, or I have no idea what his gameplan is.

I have absolutely no issue with a fighter "running", but it's very strange when there doesn't appear to be a method in mind.

True. Philpott's getting annoyed now, needs to keep the head.

    Has Sinead Kavanagh fought yet?

That's what I was getting at. Thinking back to Gallaghers bellator debut and the opponent got pulled.

    Nope. She's up next.

I think Duquesnoy would have his way with him all the same.

It's frustrating not having replays on YouTube. I'd love to see that again.

She might get on the Belfast card? I mean i know that she only has 3 fights but you see loads of girls with that kind of record in the UFC because the divisions are so shallow.

My God man, not even close. Yes the WBW division is extremely shallow but she would get destroyed.

It's not that crazy of a suggestion. They could easily throw her on against Elmose or someone like that (who she went the distance with as an amateur a couple of years ago).

How many has there been women with 3-1, 2-1 stupidily low records fighting on prelims on fight nights. Mickey Gall is fighting on a main card tonight and he only has 2 pro fights :pac:

I agree but in the womens divisions they often have women with really small records fighting.

Yeah, I know. I meant more like slow motion replays. But yeah, I can scroll back.

Solid performance from Redmond. I don't think he'll be too disappointed to have gone the distance. He could do with the rounds after such a long time out.
