Issue with first bill

Can you confirm that my first bill has the promotional discount applied. Also I said that I don't want to use direct debit which is applied to the account. Wanted bills sent out in advance of the due date to be paid at post office as makes it easier in a house share. PM sent

Also there is a service and connection charge of 23 euro where I was told there would not be.
