It's just a base to test black projects away from the public eye like the F-117, B-2 and SR-71. The B-21 and SR-72 will be tested from that site in the future. And that's just the projects we know exist there.

If someone was the X-47 UCAV flying around without being told what it is it would be classed as a UFO. UFO does not mean of alien operation or source just an object most people have never seen before.
