    I know the site sold for 8.2 million in February but has there been any plans released for what they intended to do with it

    It's only the 1st weekof april, the legal papers for the sale are probably not completed yet. Then the new owners will draw up plans and submit them for planning.

    It currently takes about 2 years for a process like this.
