What type of evergreen tree is this?

I asked the neighbour what type of tree it is but he doesn't know. Its planted about 8 - 10years now and its about 12 foot high so its definitely not leylandii. http://

Looks like it's a Cypress of some sort, maybe Monterey. Need to see it closer in.
