    Would a bank give a personal loan based on having a contract for a well paid job before you actually start work?

    What percent would the loan be to the annual pre tax salary of the job?

    Not sure about a bank, but a credit union would certainly consider it.
    Each credit union is different.
    Best to go in and chat with them.
