Can't remember the last time I've enjoyed a FPS as much as this, it's miles ahead of COD.

What gun is everyone using? I've been using the R-201 basically since I've started, tried the Hemlok but hate burst fire guns. Is there any better full automatic guns then the R-201?

I was loving the Alternator until I regenerated. Has a fair amount of kick on it, but if you can deal with that it works really well both up-close and at medium range. Alright at distance too with a decent scope.

What's regenerated? Like prestiging in COD?.

Yeah, that's what it is. I think you gain access to being able to earn new camos, badges, etc. by doing so. I've taken the opportunity to try out a different set of weapon configs this time around.

Think my R-209 is at G3.2 or something what's the limit before I hit regenerate and what's it do just make me start all over again yeah?.

You're not forced to regenerate, but it's available to you when you hit pilot Level 50.

Ohhh is it only pilots that regenerate, thought you could do it with a single gun.

No, just the pilots. In fact, when you regenerate as a pilot, any progress you made with guns is not lost, it's just frozen until you can unlock that gun again (if you bought it with credits, it will remain unlocked)

L-star is good, you can use in in conjunction with a gravity star to create a mini vortex of death.

Fighting with other titans really is the best part of multiplayer.

Got into an epic fight with 2 enemies yesterday, managed to get both of them down to almost their final health, executed one and then the other one got me

I do wonder, how do Merits work ? I noticed I got 3/4 yesterday but don't really know how or why ?

Nah the gunplay and pilot movement is by far the best part of the game for me.

Played the free trial of this all weekend and was hoping to wait for it to appear in the 12 days of christmas sale, but the withdrawals were too strong and I hit the buy button last night

Started the campaign and so far it's very good, it's reminding me of a movie I can't quite put my finger on at the moment?

It is indeed. And there's been more than one. Usual Sci-Fy channel type Mockbuster B-Movie, with the same cast as every other Mockbuster.

Ah I haven't seen the company but have seen a few of those movies names whilst scrolling through the TV Guide, can't help but have a little giggle when I see some of their names :pac:

In fact, all the original maps were ace, hopefully they'll pop a few more in, would love to have fracture back again as well.

I hate hate hate the fact that you can still be attacked while you're stuck in a Titan execution animation. It's easy enough to end up in the execution move by accident too.

The Phase Rewind boost needs to go, it's absolutely useless, especially when compared to the much more simple and useful Phase Shift. I'm also expecting they'll add a boost or item for deployable aerial drones like the ones seen in the single-player.

I could do with the Reaper's melee action being reduced in strength against pilots. Really annoying when one just jumps onto the roof right in front of you and *boom*, dead.

Apparently there's a double XP weekend coming up.

Yeah it's a great map, hopefully they'll add more soon the selection is a bit dire atm.

Decided to go back to Ronin last night - such a cool Titan, but also really brittle. In spite of that I did manage to go on my best run (thankfully noone was around to take me out when I hopped out for batteries). Not sure why it's rated as easier than Tone though - a Titan that you can easily ping people from a great distance and start locking onto Titans from around the corner thanks to the Sonar Pulse.

I also sometimes lose track of where I am when I phase shift
