Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Interesting move by the UUP to go into opposition in Stormont. I wonder will it prove an inspired move or will it backfire?

Depends on how they use it like any opposition I suppose. Seem an uninspiring bunch to me. If the SDLP also go into opposition will make it interesting, or rather, a normal parliament!

Would the Brits have to abandon the GFA structures if both UUP and SDLP decided not to participate and that put pressure on elements in DUP and SF to do likewise?

Numbers are not currently there for radical shift, but it is moving in that direction. The dog that hasn't barked is the appearance of a credible - not violence supporting - republican alternative in the rural areas. Had McGeough run last week he might have done an awful lot better than his first run a few years ago.
