    Why does it seem like only Ireland has no access to tv shows on Itunes?

    Distribution rights. The same way we have a different Netflix library.

    Not really, though there might tv shows on the Xbox and PS4 stores. Basically if it's not on Netflix, DVD or Blu-ray is your best option.
