M1 Turvey /Lissenhall -Swords sliproad blocked

The M1 Turvey /Lissenhall -Swords sliproad northbound side is currently blocked. A lowloader has jack knifed across the north bound slipway to Swords,I would say it's gonna take a while to clear ...traffic has to continue to the Balbriggan exit .
