Nike online store return problem

    Hello

    My problems is the following

    Bought a few items from the nike store including two bags. I returned the two bags using the prepaid label and Nike emailed me saying they have received my return but just quote one of the bags and they are processing the refund for just that one.

    I'm wondering where do I stand? I rang them and they are investigating. But what if they don't find the second one? Am I at a loss?
