I'm researching gaming parts for a long time now and it seems the longer I look the more my budget goes up.Im trying to keep it under 2000euro and have been looking at the likes of the gtx 980ti and i7 cpu 16gig ram etc.My point is I'm happy running good games like witcher 3 to the new total war hammer and homeworld deserts of karak at 1080p and 60fps..basically a good framerate.Fallout 4 on ps4 has finished me with consoles. Are all may above specs was to much and I'd really appreciate the advice you guys have thank you.

    Yeah pretty OP for 60fps1080p

    i5 6600k €250
    Z170 board €120
    250gb SSD €100
    1tb HDD €50
    750w PSU €90
    Case €100
    R9 390 €350
    16gb DDR4 €90
    CPU cooler €50
    Total €1200

I wouldn't spend more on 1080p tbh, this build will do for 1440p either

If you're fine with waiting then new GPUs from AMD and nVidia are out soon, may be worth waiting for them, they'll be the first big jump in GPUs in a few years.
