Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I generally spend 5 minutes warming up, 5 minutes cooling doing at a speed of 5. And 30 minutes of running at an average speed of 8.5.

Depending on how fast I go I usually burn 350 to 400 calories a session.

Is this enough or to little

I guess it depends on what you are trying to achieve and how your body feels.
I adjust the speed based on my heart rate. Once it is averaging about 140 or below I raise the speed.

You'd barely be jogging at 8.5, its almost 8 minutes a km on most treadmills.

What are you trying to achieve OP?
