Why is Eir so bad at everything?

    I closed my account and got a final bill that was wrong. I told Eir this and they disagreed without actually checking the details of my account.  They continued to disagree until someone actually checked my account and then they agreed it was wrong, then they decided to disagree again for no apparent reason.  They have now sent a letter threatening debt collectors and legal action for an amount they agreed was wrong.  How can you get it wrong so badly so often?
