I think this season has been epic. People have been forced to rethink their whole strategy which is good because it was getting very boring with all the stats anylsis site which led to people going towards the same subset of players much quicker and in turn making it harder to have good differentials.

My decision to get Fosu-Mensah in instead of Smalling (for Darmian) not to have to take an extra 4 pts hit next week is not paying off so far with the latter outscoring mine by 6 pts.
Same goes with Mitrovic. Only 4 pts in the game I was expecting him to return the most.

I don't think I ever had a weekly punt that worked this year. And I can't remember any of my planning working out. Hard to know if I was mainly wrong or if it's this season that is mainly wrong ...

So for my initial overall ambition the "disaster" continues. For this GW only, it's not too bad but my only interest is how it'll look like comes thursday night.
