Hi the planning and development act 2000, part v states that 20% of new builds or land has to be reserved for social housing by developers. As I understand the construction sector lobbied against this resulting in a change of legalisation. Can anyone tell me what is the percentage of new build to be reserved now? Thanks

10% or other arrangement that can be agreed.

Can developers still off set the allowance by a payment or land elsewhere?
