Night usage.

    Hi all,just received our bill this morning which is 403.00 Euros.Looking at the unit usage,day time is 1106 and night time is 1489.
    The only things usually on after 11.00pm are 2 storage heaters,surely they wouldn`t use this amount of energy.

    In general, storage heaters would be high users of electricity as would any appliance with a heating mechanism such as tumble dryers, immersions; etc.

    There are a number of reasons why this bill may have seemed very high. We would need to take a look at your account in order to advise you. Was your last bill estimated? Could your bill have come after a period of estimations? If this is the case, this bill may be a catch-up.

    • Your full name
    • Your account number
    • The first line of your address
    • Your contact number or date of birth
    • Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)
