Reep rewards rip-off

I just noticed that my reep reward balance has gone down by nearly €4, I emailed them to ask why, it turns out that they have started a new thing whereby they enter everyone into a draw and charge €1.90 a week for it. So email them to take you out of the draw or your reep balance will be gone in no time.

I got the bowling-for-6 voucher via e-mail yesterday. Had ordered it on May 11th. It goes to show they're still honouring redemptions, I wouldn't lose hope just yet.

Two weeks after I contacted them I haven't seen any tickets.

I emailed them again and they replied that they cannot send new tickets.
At this stage I don't think I will ever receive anything...and it's hard to believe that they actually sent them out and failed to
arrive twice (!)

Reep team didn't keep their promise in the end..

Just an update:

Used the bowling voucher today in Stillorgan. It was meant to be for 6 people for one hour. Gas thing was, allegedly, the bowling crowd never gave Reep Rewards permission to give out the vouchers. However, they were good enough to honour one game of bowling.

Reep Rewards must have left a lot of people/companies in the lurch.
