Mortgage Payment Break Query

    Hi Folks,
    I've been on your website searching for information on taking a payment break on my mortgage. The FAQ's state that I must contact my branch & complete a product amendment form.

    What do I do, if I'm not anywhere near my branch? I currently don't live in the same county so it's not like I can call in & complete the form. 
    Can it be posted or emailed to me?
