Thinking of selling house without Estate Agent

We're planning on moving and I'm thinking of selling our current house myself, without an estate agent. We've already had an estate agent tell us how much he thinks our house should get, and we know how much other houses in our estate have sold for recently. Has anyone here sold their own house? And how did you get on?…

We've already had an estate agent tell us how much he thinks our house should get, and we know how much other houses in our estate have sold for recently.
