Garden Wall Price

Just wondering if anyone can advise if €3,500 is a good/bad price for a front garden wall roughly 20m long, 1m high using cavity blocks topped with a red or gray brick, two pilers and finished with dashing both sides, this price would include materials, digging and laying foundations. Any help/advice appreciated.

It would be reasonable id say he has 10-20% for overheads and profits which would be standard on a job that size.
