Hello, thanks for ruining my morning/weekend. Could you please point me to the section on your website where it says you can't withdraw more than €2000 before 11:30am? I know I can't withdraw more than €5000 without prior notice. However upon walking into the Tallaght Branch today this is what I was told.

I'm seriously pissed off as I will now miss my bus to the airport, my flight, hotel bookings and a lost sale.

    Hi Elgire,

Thanks for getting in touch with us here on Boards.ie

Sorry to hear of your experience today. For security, large amounts of cash may not be available early in the morning in branch as this can be placed under a time-lock.

While prior notice is not a requirement for withdrawals under €5,000, we would always recommend ordering large amounts of cash to avoid any delay.

We're sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you and we will certainly pass on your feedback to our Tallaght branch.

    Thanks,

    Sharon
