Lough Aisling Coarse Fishing

    Anyone ever fished the coarse lake?
    Thinking of bringing my daughter to see will she get hooked.
    Any tips on rigs etc be great.

    Was there last year for the trout lake and he's only gone and put coarse fish in there too. Couldn't believe it, fished for 2 hours and not a pull, roach everywhere. Although 2 lads down in the corner had a good haul of roach fishing with wagglers ........ :(

    Went down for a look last week and was chatting the man who runs it.
    Says there is carp up to 18lbs in one of the lakes and a good few tench, bream and smaller carp in the other lake.
    Might go down this weekend for a cast if the weather suits...
