So one of my old FM teams, Eastern SC of Hong Kong, appointed a 28 year-old coach named Chan Yuen-ting (aka Beef Balls). They are a professional team in the top tier. Today they wrapped up the title with a comfortable victory over South China, the most successful team in HK football.

She is the first woman to lead a professional mens team to a top tier league title. Next year, she will become the first woman to coach in the AFC Champions League.

Thought it was worth a thread. Not just because she is a woman, but she's 28 years old! 4-6 players usually in the starting XI are older than her.

Fair play. I find it interesting that there still haven't been more younger football managers high up the ranks now people have accepted you don't have to have been a top player in the past.
