    1. Definitely using the black port?

    2. As far as I can see you have all the settings. Whats the error/how far do you get?

    Can someone please help me setup the modem for eir use. I've been trying for hours :(

    But some of the options aren't available to me.

    Vigor 130 is a modem only, disable the PPPoE client and MPoA.
    It just bridges everything right through so you need to run the PPPoE client on your own router (on vlan10).

    Vlan 10 might not be required if you are on ADSL though.

    No VLAN tags on ADSL, only NGA.
