Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Van Gaal must be horrified by all this free flowing attacking and chance creating

Same as the last time we played Everton. lukaku completely isolated, and their entire game plan seems to be to hoof it up to him....

That's what the Everton fans seemingly want. They don't want to keep the ball or play with it, just get rid of it. They abuse the players that try to play around with it.

Man U's outfield player of the season does it again. If they had a few more like him, they'd be challenging.

As good as Utd have been, Everton have allowed them the space of Wembley to play.

It's frightening how easy it is for Utd players to turn and run at the back 4.

Martinez hasn't a notion how to set a team up.

Fellini finally replicating his international form. He's been brilliant recently and we seem to get a good bit of form with him in the side every time he's brought in. Definitely going to be dropped :p

    Martinez king of the bluffers

He has set them up to simply hoof it to the isolated lukaku

The contrived praise for Van Gaal on the Beeb is nauseating.

With an immobile, cowardly Gibson and a limited McCarthy to protect the back 4. And nobody getting tight to anybody.

Everton are so poor. United scored and seem content with 1-0, whcih is always dangerous.

Now, onto the main event...The new Doctor Who companion! :D

Bit more composure needed from mensah when he breaks with the ball.

Totally deserved lead and Everton lucky it's only 1. Very slick passing and movement.

Rooney and Carrick are getting an armchair ride. They have all the time in the world with no Everton players closing them down which is absolutely crazy because they would be the obvious weaklinks to pressurise.

    Still Utd only 1 up.
