Hi, I have looking at a house in Parklands. The cost is within our budget but wanted to know how is the local area ? The area looks clean and house are well kept. We couldn't meet any neighbours as were there late afternoon and didn't want to disturb then. There are a few apartments nearby and Scholar's Pub is just a green…
