Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Exercise consistently every week for an entire calendar year. (Throw in 1 or 2 rest days each week)

    Get your heart rate up, lungs and muscles working.... Try to do a variety of different things. Preferably activities you find fun!

    Eat healthy and stay hydrated.

    That's a challenge many people will find very difficult to accomplish. To those who can do it, you will get amazing results. :)
