Cheque lodgment question

    on the 18th of april i lodged a cheque for the value of 60 euro

    i noticed the cheque was lodged as actually 60 pounds hence leading to a converted amount of 72.91 euro

    a few days later, on the 22nd, this error was fixed with a -17.59 taken from my account

    now 72.91-17.59= 55.32

    where are the 4.7 euro gone? are those fees for lodging a cheque?
