    We just got an eir Bill notification. The email said the amount outstanding is 39.37. This account was cancelled over a year ago, the modem has been returned and there shouldn't be any amount outstanding. I was in correspondence about this is issue with Alan and any outstanding amount was supposed to be written off.

    Can you check this out please?
