Trainier friendly gyms in Dublin

Anyone got any recommendations for gyms in Dublin that are open to allowing self employed trainers to work on their premises (in return for rent ofc). Ideally looking for something in the city centre or within reasonable reach but I'm open to all suggestions. Well equipped would be a bonus (i.e. multiple power/squat racks, good quality barbells, etc.).

Check out the raw gyms too. Flye fit I'm not sure about, there's a new one opening in Coolock in May.

Thanks again. Flyefit allow it but you have to teach 15-20 hours of classes a week for them for the privilege, which rules it out for me unfortunately.
