dell uk outlet. have bought a couple of laptops from them over the last number of years with no issues.

    http://outlet.euro.dell.com/Online/InventorySearch.aspx?brandId=3&c=uk&cs=ukdfb1&l=en&s=dfb&dgc=IR&cid=296386&lid=5667689

you can get great deals there. e.g. current laptop i5, convertible modes, fantastic quality ips 1080p touch screen. - 950 retail got it for less than 600. scratch and dent are actually the best option.
in my experience they are perfect and even cheaper than refurbished.
check regularly to find a good deal.
use parcelmotel. I was able to use irish credit card. may have to put uk postcode (e.g. parcelmotel one) at bottom and they may ring to confirm but it went through.
dell laptops are super solid in my experience.

actually on dell.ie there are great discounts on the same laptop.

700 for the same one that I got.
800 for i7 with 256gb ssd. tbh I'd go for that.

not sure what your budget is but that's a great deal. I've had that laptop for 6 months and it's a great machine. no dedicated graphics card but is very capable.

great screen which makes all the difference. I wouldn't recommend getting anything less than 1080p ips.

select i5 as an option on the dell outlet page and order price ascending.

just be careful on ebay about warranties. you'd probably only get 90 days on a lot of them.

is a core i5 for 300 sterling. in 15.6 size. ssd too (although small) which is surprising at that price.

that's about 400 euro delivered (think it's 10 sterling delivery to Ireland).

you're not going to get a nice screen though and won't for your budget.

I've used that site before - they are good and reliable.
