Lease - landlord selling property

    FYI:

    In our official notice we got 42 days after the end of lease which brought it up till the start of Oct which is fairly decent tbf and very sound of the landlord.

    However, very soon after we were informed of the property being sold, the house become somewhat less livable than before.

    There were 4/5 valuations done (someone always had to be there to let them in). Then when a auctioneer was chosen, there was non-stop ringing about the house. There were 3 serparate open house viewings that we had to be out of the house for. Then there were private viewings starting just before we left that we couldn't be at the house for as well.

    We have been out of the house for the last month due to unfortunate circumstances (housemates wanted out asap).

    You don't have to facilitate these things though. You are entitled to quiet enjoyment of the property until the end of your notice period unless you agree otherwise with your landlord
