Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Can I use Adwords without a VAT number?

    As the titles says, can I use Adwords without a VAT number? I have created a website in my spare time. I have Adsense Ads on it but I dont make any money from that. I wanted to try adwords just to see if a bit of promotion would drive traffic to my site other than Facebook ads. However when I tried setting it up I was asked for a VAT number, which I dont have. Is there any way round this?

    Of course you can. You don't have to be registered for VAT to advertise. Just carry on filling out the form and leave the VAT number blank. If it won't allow you proceed, then enter your PRSI number. Google assumes most people using adwords are companies and they give them VAT invoices.
